Phase 4 consultation opens to continue shaping the Prospect Lifestyle Precinct's future

Council is inviting the community to have their say on the proposed rezoning of the Prospect Lifestyle Precinct, with the fourth phase of community consultation launching today, Monday 2 February.
This phase of consultation focuses on a draft Code Amendment - the legal mechanism required to update the zoning rules in the State Government’s Planning and Design Code to unlock the vision of the Council-endorsed Prospect Lifestyle Precinct Masterplan.
Mayor of City of Prospect Matt Larwood said this next stage of the project is about securing the future of one of our city’s most loved assets in a way that is financially responsible.
