We are on the move… again!
The Thomas Street Centre will close its doors at 6pm on Wednesday 9 October to transition to our new building, Payinthi. This includes all Council services, Library, Gallery and JPs.
From Monday 14 October 2019 at 9am, we will re-open at our new premises at 128 Prospect Road, Prospect.
Due to our closure on 10 - 13 October, many of our services will be unavailable. Here are some alternative services that our residents are able to access during this time.
If you are wanting to visit a library during our closure, the closest libraries to City of Prospect are:
The Prospect Library returns chute will remain available so that customers can return books.
Justice of the Peace Service
During the closure, a JP will be available at the office of Andrea Micheals – MP for Enfield, Shop 6, 430 Prospect Road, Kilburn (phone 8260 7733).

Community Support Programs
Our Community Support programs will not occur on 10 and 11 October. Please contact our Community Support team on 8269 5355 for further details.
Online services and payments
Our online services, including our website and online payments, will be affected during the closure period. These will be confirmed shortly.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during our move to our new building, but look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic new facility, Payinthi, from Monday 14 October!
This decision will be made by the SA Department of Education and Child Development (DECD) in collaboration with Nailsworth Primary School.
